Post Natal Mum's and Bub's Packages
6 week program $400

For those who have recently given birth and are looking to restart movement by rebuilding deep core foundations. Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum. Bub’s welcome in a pram. Work out with a friend and save $40 each.
Pilates Yoga Meditation Sessions
90 minute sessions: $25 each
Tuesday 7pm-8.30pm
These sessions fuse the principles of pilates, to help you practice controlled connection to your posture and movement, with the ancient techniques of yoga, to expand your ability to stretch and strength, within a supervised group setting followed by a guided meditation session. These classes run during school terms and we have a rest during the holidays. Bring a mat, cushion, blanket and water bottle.
Women's Strength Sessions
$25 per session
Friday 10am-11am
