Emily Waugh

Emily completed her Physiotherapy degree in 2015, and Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy in 2023. She joined the Focus Physio & Co (Formerly O’Neill Physiotherapy) team in 2018 and enjoys the variety that comes with working in private practice, helping people reach their full potential with their rehab and performance goals.
Emily’s career has included working with elite sporting teams, including:
- Penrith Panthers Rugby League with teams including the Tarsha Gale, Andrew Johns Cup and the Laurie Daley Cup (2017-2019).
- NSW State of Origin training camps for U18’s and Women’s (2019 & 2020).
- Windsor Wolves (2021) – Ron Massey and Sydney Shield.
- NSW Indoor Cricket for 3 seasons (2018/19, 2022)
- Cricket Australia – Indoor Cricket World Championships (2018)
Jenny commenced in private practice over 20 years ago in Adelaide and continued in this area on moving to the Hawkesbury region in 1999. She opened O’Neill Physiotherapy in March 2008 at Glossodia. In her 36 years as a physiotherapist Jenny has gained extensive experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Jenny completed her Master in Health Science (Sport Physio) at Sydney University in 2003 and gained the title of APA Sports Therapist after further study in 2004.
Her sporting experience ranges from local level netball, soccer and cricket to international and national level athletes in many sports including Netball (Sydney Swifts, Australian team U19’s & U21’s) and tumbling etc. Jenny was also the physiotherapist to the Northern Ireland team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Jenny has extensive experience with Netball NSW both as a presenter and physiotherapist.

Adriana Pelegrin
Exercise Physiologist
Adriana joined the team in 2023. She graduated in 2022 with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University. In clinic, her passion is helping seniors to age gracefully and to get the most out of life and educating people how movement is medicinal across all stages of life.
She also implements injury prevention programs in workplace settings, most recently at Guide Dogs NSW.
Elliot joined the team in 2021 in the role of physiotherapy assistant. He has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness. He offers remedial massage therapy services through the clinic, as well as clinical pilates individual and semi private sessions.
He is keen to help create a treatment plan for your body’s needs and goals and collaborates with the physios to ensure you get the best treatment available.

Renee Walker
Practice Manager
Renee is our practice manager and responsible for the clinic operations. She has come from a background of allied health, and prior to this role was a remedial massage therapist in a very busy Chiropractic clinic in Penrith. She also has qualifications in Clinical Pilates, Counselling and Practice Management.
Chloe is a Physiotherapy student and an Exercise Scientist. She assists the team in all things exercise related. She helps facilitate our hydrotherapy classes and runs sessions in the clinic for our Parkinson’s patients (PD Warrior).

Nash is an allied health assistant in the clinic. He is currently studying an Allied Health Assistant certificate alongside his HSC, and aspires to be a physiotherapist.
