Wednesday 7pm-8pm

These sessions fuse the principles of pilates and yoga in powerful combination with evidence based movement. Bring your mat with you.

Designed for 50+ to maintain bone and muscle strength & preserve balance and flexibility. Perfect for anyone looking to stay healthy and moving in a social setting. 

Post Natal Mum's and Bub's Packages

6 week program $400

On demand

For those who have recently given birth and are looking to restart movement by rebuilding deep core foundations. Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum. Bub’s welcome in a pram. Work out with a friend and save $40 each.

Hip & Knee Rehab Class

$25 per session

Wednesday 9.30am-10.30am

Targeted session to address hip and knee joint health. This class is suitable for people who are preparing for a surgery, recovering from a surgery, or have general concerns. Ask your physician today if this might suit you.
