How Can Group Classes Help?

Class Details

Women's Strength

$25 per session

Monday 5pm

Small group class designed for women who prefer to work out with other women. This session aims to build your strength and fitness level in a clinical setting.

Stretch with Focus

$25 per session

Monday 6pm

Flexibility fuels strength. This is a space to make sure you are treating your muscles with some respect as well as working them hard. 

Men's Strength

$25 per session

Monday 7pm

Small group class designed for men who prefer to work out with other blokes. This session aims to build your strength and fitness level in a clinical setting.

Ageing (dis)Gracefully

$20 per session

Wednesday 11am

Designed for 50+ to maintain bone and muscle strength & preserve balance and flexibility. Perfect for anyone looking to stay healthy and moving in a social setting. 

osteoporosis group

Bone Builders

$25 per session

Wednesday 12pm

Small group class designed to support you in managing your osteoporosis and osteopenia.
